How it works
Find the identical item
Spot the exact same fragrance, same brand, size, and concentration, advertised for less by an authorized U.S. retailer.
Send it to us
Share the link before you buy, or within 14 days after your purchase, along with the details listed further down this page.
We verify & match
We confirm the price, stock, and that it's the same authentic item. Approved matches apply at checkout or are refunded to your original payment.
✓What qualifies
A price match applies when all of the following are true:
The exact same fragrance
Same brand, name, concentration (EDT, EDP, Parfum) and bottle size, the identical retail item, matched by UPC where available.
Brand-new, sealed & authentic
A factory-sealed unit sold by an authorized U.S. retailer, never a tester, decant, refill, used, or unboxed item.
In stock in both places
The competitor has it in stock and shippable to your U.S. address, and we have it in stock, at the moment you make the request.
A public, advertised price
A live price anyone can see and we can independently verify, not a quote, a cart-only price, or a price unlocked by a code or login.
Compared as a total
We compare the competitor's item price plus shipping, handling and fees against our total delivered price. We match the total, not just the sticker.
Requested in the window
At the time of purchase, or within 14 days after, with the competitor's offer still live and verifiable when we check it.
✕What we can't match
To protect authenticity and keep pricing honest, these are not eligible:
Marketplace and third-party seller listings (Amazon third-party, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, AliExpress, Etsy), plus auction, classified, and social-commerce listings.
Unauthorized or grey-market sellers, decants and splits, refills, testers, unboxed, used, or “gift-with-purchase” items, anything that isn't a sealed retail unit identical to ours.
Membership or wholesale-club pricing (e.g. Costco, Sam's Club), and loyalty, employee, trade, student, referral, or first-order pricing.
Prices adjusted by coupons, promo codes, cashback, rewards, gift cards, or financing; and bundle, multi-buy, quantity-break, or subscription / auto-ship pricing.
Clearance, closeout, liquidation, going-out-of-business, damaged, open-box, refurbished, doorbuster, flash, daily-deal, or limited-time “lightning” prices.
Prices that result from an obvious typographical or pricing error, or that we cannot independently verify at the time of your request.
International sellers, prices listed in a non-USD currency, or listings that won't ship to your U.S. address.
Our own past prices outside the 14-day window, and our own clearance or flash-sale prices.
Already bought it? You're still covered.
If our own priceon your item drops within 14 days of your purchase, let us know and we'll refund the difference to your original payment method, one adjustment per item. If you find the identical item cheaper at an eligible retailer within that same 14 days, the same promise applies. (Our clearance and flash-sale prices are excluded, so a temporary blowout price doesn't retroactively discount every earlier order.)
Fair-use limits
The Price Match Promise is for personal purchases. To keep it that way, we honor reasonable household quantities, up to two units of the same item per customer within any 30-day period, one price match per item, per order. It can't be combined with our own coupons, promo codes, or other offers on the same item, and it doesn't create any right to resell.
How to request a price match
Before you buy
Send us the competitor's link and product details. Once we verify it, we'll apply the matched price so you check out at the lower total.
After you buy (within 14 days)
Send us your order number and the competitor's link. Approved differences are refunded to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
Please include:
- ◆Your name and, for a post-purchase claim, your order number.
- ◆The exact product: brand, fragrance name, size, and concentration.
- ◆A working link to the competitor's listing (or a dated screenshot showing the URL, product, size, price, shipping cost, and in-stock status).
- ◆The competitor's total delivered price to your U.S. address.
The fine print
We verify every claim. Before approving a match we independently confirm the competitor's current price, shipping cost, stock status, and that the item is the identical, authentic, sealed product we sell. We match the price that is in effect at the moment we verify it; if the offer has ended, sold out, or changed by then, we're unable to honor it.
The Price Match Promise applies to advertised retail prices from authorized retailers that ship within the United States, priced in U.S. dollars. It does not apply to our shipping charges, taxes, or to any item's price once it is outside the 14-day window.
We reserve the right to verify, limit, decline, or reverse any price match, and to refuse requests we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, abusive, based on error, or outside the spirit of this promise. Nothing here obligates us to sell below cost or to match a price we cannot confirm. This promise is void where prohibited.
