Terms of Service

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation, not when you receive an order or payment acknowledgment. We may accept or decline any order, and may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Despite our best efforts, an item may occasionally be mispriced or described inaccurately. Where a product's correct price is higher than the price shown, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel the order and notify you, even if the order was confirmed or your card was charged. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us, and placing an order does not entitle you to an erroneous price.

• ◆Discounts, coupon codes, promotions, and reward points are for personal use, are non-transferable, hold no cash value, and can't be resold or combined except where expressly permitted.
• ◆One promotional offer or reward may be applied per order unless stated otherwise. Offers are void where prohibited and may be changed or ended at any time.

• ◆We may withhold, reverse, or cancel any discount, reward, or order obtained through error, misuse, or abuse of a promotion.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login secure. Each person may maintain one account. You may not create duplicate, fake, or automated accounts, or share, sell, or transfer an account. You're responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

• ◆Our products are sold for personal use, not for resale. We may refuse or limit orders we reasonably believe are placed for resale or in unusual quantities.
• ◆You agree not to use the site fraudulently, to submit false information, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy content without permission, or to abuse our returns, promotions, or rewards.
• ◆You may not use another person's payment method without authorization. Fraudulent orders and unwarranted chargebacks may be reported and pursued.

Purchases are also governed by our Returns & Exchanges, Shipping, and Authenticity Guarantee policies, which are incorporated into these terms.

Product names, brands, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our site content, design, and branding are protected and may not be used without our permission.

The site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law. Fragrances contain ingredients that may cause sensitivity in some people; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

We may suspend or close accounts, cancel orders, and withhold or reverse rewards and refunds where we reasonably believe these terms have been violated or activity is fraudulent or abusive.

We may update these terms at any time; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
