Earn on every order

• ◆You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the merchandise total of an eligible order, excluding taxes, shipping, gift wrap, and any amount paid with points or store credit.
• ◆Points are credited to your account only after the order has shipped and its return window has closed. This protects the program from points earned on orders that are later returned or cancelled.
• ◆You must be signed in to your account at checkout to earn points. Points can't be claimed retroactively for guest orders or orders placed before you joined.
• ◆Promotional bonuses (welcome, birthday, or limited-time multipliers) are credited only when their specific stated conditions are met, and each is limited to one per member unless we say otherwise.

• ◆Points redeem for a discount toward a future purchase at the published rate (currently 1,000 points for 10% off a single order). Rates and reward tiers may change over time.
• ◆Redemptions apply to the merchandise total only and can't be applied to taxes, shipping, or gift cards. One reward may be redeemed per order.
• ◆Points and rewards have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and can't be combined with certain other promotions where noted at checkout.
• ◆Any portion of an order paid for with points does not itself earn new points.

• ◆Membership is for individual, personal use. Each person may hold one account, and points from multiple accounts can't be pooled, combined, or transferred between accounts.
• ◆Creating duplicate or fake accounts, using automated tools, or manipulating orders (for example, splitting or repeatedly returning purchases) to generate points is prohibited.
• ◆The program is for personal purchases, not resale. Orders we reasonably believe are placed for resale or in unusual quantities may be excluded from earning.
• ◆Points aren't earned on purchases made with employee, wholesale, or other non-retail pricing.

• ◆Points expire 12 months after they are earned if not redeemed. Keeping your account active by making an eligible purchase does not extend the expiration of already-earned points.
• ◆If an account is inactive for 18 months, or if you ask us to close it, any unredeemed points are forfeited.
• ◆Rewards issued from redeemed points are valid for 60 days from the date they're generated unless stated otherwise.

We may verify activity and, where we reasonably believe points or rewards were earned or used through error, misrepresentation, fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or violation of these terms or our Terms of Service, we may remove points, cancel rewards, suspend or close the account, and cancel affected orders. Determinations of eligibility and abuse are made at our reasonable discretion.

Points and rewards are a promotional benefit, not property or a stored-value account. We may modify, pause, or end the program, or change earning and redemption rates, at any time; the version of these terms posted at the time of your transaction applies. The program is void where prohibited.
